By accessing or using the website caimi.buzz and any services provided by Xuzhou Caimi Network Technology Co., Ltd., operating as Cai Mi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Company, we, us, or our refers to Xuzhou Caimi Network Technology Co., Ltd. (Cai Mi). Services means the computer systems design, architecture consulting, cloud engineering, integration, and managed operations services we provide. Client or you refers to the individual or entity engaging our services or using our website.

We provide Computer Systems Design services including but not limited to systems architecture, cloud infrastructure engineering, integration engineering, performance and reliability optimisation, security and compliance consulting, and managed operations. All services are delivered under separate agreements, statements of work, or proposals that define the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design elements — is the property of Cai Mi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Upon full payment, clients receive a licence to use the specific deliverables outlined in their engagement agreement.

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely access to relevant systems and personnel, and a cooperative working environment necessary for service delivery. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and costs. Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data and systems unless managed operations are explicitly within scope.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cai Mi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of an engagement. Confidential information does not include data that is publicly available, independently developed, or rightfully obtained from a third party. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement.

Fees are specified in each engagement agreement. Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts that are more than 60 days past due.

Either party may terminate an engagement agreement with written notice as specified in that agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a court finds any provision of these Terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated via our website or email.
